Vikrant Shah is a highly skilled professional in robotics and software engineering with extensive experience in system architecture, algorithm performance, and innovative solutions for robotic systems. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at RoboticsRIOS Intelligent Machines since January 2025, Vikrant previously worked at Dapster AI, leading the redesign of their mobile picking robotic system. During a tenure at Waymo as a Senior Systems Engineer, Vikrant focused on enhancing positioning algorithms through systematic analysis and fault injection tooling. Vikrant's early career includes a role as a Robotics Systems Research Engineer at Northeastern University, developing advanced sonar mapping techniques for iceberg analysis.
