Joshua Riojas

Joshua Riojas is an accomplished leader in management consulting, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Rios Partners since August 2016, providing expert advice to diverse clients, including commercial, non-profit, and government sectors. Previously, while at The Boston Consulting Group from August 2014 to August 2016, Joshua worked on strategic projects across energy, insurance, manufacturing, and public sectors, focusing on strategy, human capital development, and supply chain management. Joshua also contributed to academia as an Economics Teaching Fellow at Harvard University from August 2013 to May 2014, where recognition included a Certificate of Distinction in Teaching. Joshua's military background includes service as a Major in the US Army from May 2005 to August 2012, taking on leadership roles in both conventional and special operations, with multiple deployments for combat and humanitarian efforts. Joshua holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
