Bear J. is a Product Manager with 12 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in esports and games. They began their career as a graphic designer and later held various roles at Riot Games, including Head of the LCS and Director of VALORANT Esports Americas. Bear J. also served as the Director of Esports at Wizards of the Coast. Currently, they are pursuing their education at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
