Kate Rinnan

Kate Rinnan is an experienced recruiter with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Recruiter II at Riot Games, Rinnan has previously held roles at TikTok, where responsibilities included Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Sourcer for Global Business Solutions. Additional experience includes positions as College Recruiter at Publicis Media, and Senior Campus Recruiter and Campus Recruiting Associate at LaSalle Network. Rinnan also worked as a Human Resources and Marketing Coordinator at Bradley Sports Center. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Western Michigan University, Rinnan has developed a strong foundation in recruitment and talent management over the years.
