Zach Burggraf

Zach Burggraf is a seasoned product management professional with a strong background in agile methodologies and user experience optimization. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Pragma Platform since October 2021, Zach previously held the position of Technical Program Manager at Zwift, where responsibilities included Agile coaching and improving user onboarding processes. Earlier experience includes Product Manager roles at Pivotal Labs and Yelp, focusing on cross-functional team coaching and product optimization, respectively. Zach began their career in quality assurance and engineering at Riot Games, contributing to significant improvements in user experience for League of Legends. Zach holds an MBA in Product Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
