Brian Morgenstern

Brian Morgenstern currently serves as the Head of Public Policy at Riot Platforms, Inc. and holds a board member position at the Texas Blockchain Council, which focuses on advancing Texas as a leader in Bitcoin and blockchain innovation. Morgenstern has extensive experience in various roles, including as the owner of Win the Future Strategies, LLC, General Counsel at Wentworth Management Services, and Senior Advisor at the America First Policy Institute. Previously, Morgenstern worked in the White House as Deputy Communications Director, Deputy Press Secretary, and Special Assistant to the President, as well as at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as Deputy Assistant Secretary and Senior Advisor. Earlier career experiences include legal work at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, serving as Campaign Manager for Niehaus for New York, and completing a judicial externship. Education credentials include a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a BA in Government from Georgetown University.
