Caroline. A Tapfuma

Caroline A. Tapfuma is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at a local NGO since November 2022, Caroline previously held several roles at RioZim Ltd from January 2013, including Human Resources Officer and Senior Human Resources Officer until February 2023. Additionally, Caroline gained HR experience at CARE in 2011. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe, obtained between August 2007 and August 2010, with a focus on organizational psychology.
