Carla Borgonovi

Carla Borgonovi has a diverse work experience in finance and management. Carla started their career as an Owner/Manager at HMP Engenharia, where they handled various responsibilities including budgeting, cash management, and strategic planning.

Carla then worked at Quatro K Textil Ltda as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, overseeing the credit and collection department, implementing procedures, and reducing bad debt.

After that, Carla joined Hidromar Indústria Química Ltda as a Finance Supervisor, where they managed financial operations.

Later, they joined Rip Curl as a Finance Coordinator, managing the finance team, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring financial goals were met. Carla then advanced to the role of Regional CFO at Rip Curl, where they oversaw various finance aspects of the business and supported operations through financial activities and negotiations.

Carla Borgonovi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica de Santos in 2002. Carla later went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the years 2008 to 2010.
