Somer Harris

Somer Harris has had an extensive career in sales, primarily within the surfwear industry. Somer most recently served as the Vice President of Sales at Rip Curl starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Global Sales at Bay Design Group for Hurley Women's from February 2020 to November 2023. Before that, Somer worked at Hurley in various roles, including Women's Sales Director from April 2017 to February 2020 and Strategic Account Manager for Department Stores from October 2015 to March 2017. Somer also had a long tenure at Hurley, starting in 2007, where they held positions such as Director of Sales for the Off-price / Value Channel from May 2011 to March 2015, and Strategic Account Manager for the Off-price / Value Channel from September 2007 to April 2011.
