Jake Frantzman

Jake Frantzman, CRRP, CLS, is currently the Vice President at RIPCO Real Estate, where Jake provides high-quality, customized services in retail real estate in the Metro New York area. Prior to that, Jake was a Senior Leasing Representative at LEVIN Management Corporation, handling landlord representation for over 1.6 million square feet of open air retail. Jake also served as an Assistant at Levco Route 46 - Plaza 46 Shopping Center, assisting with various aspects of managing a 325,000 sf shopping center. Jake graduated from Rutgers University.
