Hans Petter Holen

Hans Petter Holen is currently the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at RIPE NCC, a Regional Internet Registry providing global Internet resources. Hans Petter also serves as the RSSAC at ICANN, advising on matters related to the Root Server System. Additionally, Hans Petter is a Commissioner for the Open CSIRT Foundation and was previously the Chair at the Rob Blokzijl Foundation. With a background in Informatics and extensive experience in IT and communications, Hans has held various leadership roles in companies such as Visma IT & Communications AS, Loopia AB, and Active 24. Their educational background includes studies at the University of Oslo, LSE, INSEAD, and Wharton Executive Education.
