Sander Steffann

Sander Steffann is an experienced professional in internet networking and infrastructure, currently serving as an Executive Board Member at RIPE NCC since May 2024. With a career spanning over a decade, Sander has held roles including Internet Network Consultant at SJM Steffann and Senior Engineer at 6connect, contributing to innovations in IPAM/DDI and anycast clouds. As a Founding Board Member of the Global NOG Alliance and Stichting IPv6 Nederland, Sander has actively promoted the adoption and education of IPv6 technology globally. Additionally, Sander has co-chaired the RIPE Address Policy Working Group and has provided consultancy on IPv6 to organizations like Rabobank and Solcon. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Twente, obtained between 1995 and 2004.
