Tom Griffin’s focus is working with existing and new investors, to help Ripjar secure the appropriate financing to implement its growth strategy. Tom was Ripjar’s CEO for 5 years, growing the company from its conception to 65 people across 2 offices, globally serving governments and enterprises in their fight against criminal activities. Tom has a PhD in Engineering Mathematics, and prior to Ripjar was the Technical Director of GCHQ’s Engineering Department responsible for creating and sustaining the solutions that protect the UK from threats including terrorism, cyber and serious organised crime.
