Nate Allen is the current VP, Finance at Ripken Baseball. Nate previously worked as a private instructor for the Harford Heat Baseball Club from April 2009 to October 2015, where they were responsible for player development, budgeting, and fundraising. Nate also worked as a regional controller for Aramark Corporation from August 1998 to April 2012.

Nate Allen has been working in the finance and baseball industries for over 20 years. Nate began their career as a regional controller for Aramark Corporation in 1998, before moving on to become a private instructor for the Harford Heat Baseball Club in 2009. In this role, they were responsible for player development, budgeting, and fundraising. Nate also helped to negotiate long-term contracts with local complexes for use of baseball fields, as well as coordinating out-of-state tournaments and showcases for teams to participate in.

In 2015, Nate Allen made the transition to Ripken Baseball, where they currently serve as the Finance Director. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations and ensuring that they are in compliance with all relevant regulations. Nate has also been instrumental in helping Ripken Baseball secure funding for various projects and initiatives.

Nate Allen has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Accounting from Towson University.
