Josh Ettwein

Josh Ettwein's work experience includes a range of leadership and engineering roles in various companies. Josh is currently working as the Vice President of Engineering at Rippl Care, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Product Engineering at Curai Health from January 2022 to February 2023, where they led the engineering aspects of transitioning from a direct-to-consumer to a B2B business model and implemented Agile practices.

From 2020 to 2022, Josh worked as the Head of Engineering and Product Development at Blue Rocket Incorporated, where they were a member of the founding team of Gemini, a workforce planning and analytics SaaS offering.

Josh also served as the Director of Software Engineering at MatrixCare from April 2015 to December 2019, where they led engineering, product lifecycle management, and Agile transformation for three cross-functional teams.

Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder & CTO at TrepScore from September 2013 to April 2015, where they established the company's product development and engineering infrastructure.

Josh has experience as the Director of Engineering, User Experience at PRIMA Cinema, Inc. from April 2012 to September 2013, where they played a key role in creating the company's luxury feature film delivery system and developed mobile applications.

Josh also worked as the Director of Engineering and Product Development at Sorenson Media from October 2008 to April 2012, where they led the product catalog conversion and launched several SaaS and mobile products.

Josh's work experience also includes being the Director of Software Engineering at Eyespot from September 2006 to October 2008, where they developed the world's first in-browser, cloud-based video editing/transcoding platform.

Josh began their career as a Senior Web Developer at Intuit, Inc. from August 2004 to August 2006, leading the development team for Turbotax.com during a period of significant growth.

Josh also worked as a Lead Developer at Interactivate, Inc. from September 2002 to 2004, responsible for specification writing, application architecture, and management of a web development team.

Josh Ettwein's education history includes studying Earth Science at the University of New Hampshire. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Environmental Science, earning an Associate of Arts - AA, also from the University of New Hampshire.
