Kris Engskov

Kris Engskov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kris is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Rippl Care, a position they started in November 2021.

Prior to this, they served as a Board Director for both Recuro Health and Revolution Healthcare Acquisition Corporation. Kris began their role as a Board Director at Recuro Health in August 2021 and at Revolution Healthcare Acquisition Corporation in March 2021.

From 2019 to 2021, Kris Engskov was the President of Aegis Living.

Kris Engskov's longest tenure was at Starbucks where they held several executive positions from 2003 to 2019. Their roles at Starbucks included EVP & President, US Retail; EVP & President, Global Channel Development; SVP and President, Europe Middle East & Africa; SVP & Managing Director, UK and Ireland; Regional Vice-President (US-Northwest); Managing Director, Switzerland and Austria (Marinopoulos BV); Regional Director of Operations, Central London; and Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy.

Prior to joining Starbucks, Kris Engskov worked as an Analyst at Madrona Venture Group from 2000 to 2002.

Their early career included positions at The White House, where they served as The President's Aide, Assistant Press Secretary, and Trip Coordinator from 1993 to 2000.

Kris Engskov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993.
