Winnie Mailu has a diverse work experience in the development sector. Winnie's work at Caritas involved supporting financial inclusion and designing microfinance programs for rural communities, aiming for social transformation. Overall, they have extensive experience in program management, capacity building, and agricultural development.
Winnie Mailu completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography at Egerton University. Winnie pursued further studies in Economics and obtained a Bachelor's degree from the same university. Winnie then went on to attend the University of Dundee, where they studied Economic Development and graduated in 2013 with a degree in Economics.
