Bobbie Gilbert

Bobbie Gilbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public affairs and government relations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at Ripple Fiber since December 2023, Bobbie previously held several leadership roles at Charter Communications, including Vice President and Director of State Government Affairs. Earlier career positions include Legislative Aide at the Ohio House of Representatives and Policy Analyst at the Ohio Senate. Bobbie's foundational experience in child welfare began at Franklin County Children Services and included roles as Child Welfare Supervisor and Caseworker. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Behavioral Science/Criminal Justice from Grace College & Seminary and an M.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from Tiffin University.
