Nitika Dhamankar has a diverse background in research and development, with experience in companies like Dalton Cardiovascular Research Center, University of Missouri, Campbell Soup Company, Paramount Farms, Bolthouse Farms, Plum Organics, KITCHENTOWN, and most recently, Ripple Foods. Nitika'sroles have included positions such as Research Assistant, Food Technologist, Scientist, Director of Product Innovation, and Director of Research Development. Throughout their career, Nitika has been involved in various product development projects, creating new prototypes, managing sensory evaluations, conducting shelf life studies, and leading teams to successful commercialization of new products.
Nitika Dhamankar completed their Bachelor's degree in Life Science and Biotechnology from St. Xavier's College in 2004. Nitika then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Life Science from the University of Mumbai in 2005. Later, they obtained their Masters in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007. Additionally, they completed certifications including Business Foundations Specialization from Coursera - Wharton Business School.
