Justin McCormick

Justin McCormick has over a decade of experience in the apparel industry. Justin began their career at Balzout, Inc., starting as an intern and eventually becoming a senior graphic designer. During their time there, they worked on various projects, including licensed and original designs for apparel, trade show graphics, and website design. Justin also conducted research on licenses, customers, and trends. Justin then transitioned to Ripple Junction Design Co., where they initially worked as a graphic designer, creating designs for national and international brands. Justin later became the Design Manager for Apparel & Accessories before eventually becoming the Art Director. In this role, Justin leads a team of 14 designers and is responsible for art direction across the entire license and customer portfolio. Justin also plays a key role in elevating the company's reputation as a creative leader in the industry. Notable clients they have worked with include Disney, Pixar, Warner Bros., and MTV.

Justin McCormick has a B.F.A in Graphic Design and Photography from Marshall University. Additionally, they have obtained a Vocational Degree in Graphic Design from Putnam Career and Technical Center.
