Adrian Falk

Adrian Falk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and investment management within the Web3 and FinTech sectors. Currently serving as a PM in Growth Funding at Ripple since October 2022, Adrian focuses on deploying the 1B-XRP Fund, which amounts to approximately $2.5 billion, to support emerging ventures. Prior to Ripple, Adrian held a position in growth at Flix, where responsibilities included corporate development and driving go-to-market strategies for substantial leveraged buyouts. Additionally, experience as a Senior Associate at Start2 Group involved managing investments in the Web3 and FinTech domains. Adrian's academic background includes advanced studies in microeconomics at UCL and the University of Bristol, alongside degrees in Finance & Economics from the University of Glasgow and Economics from both Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
