Cassie Craddock

Cassie Craddock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and leadership within the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors. Currently serving as Board Director for Ripple Markets UK and Senior Director of Business Development for RippleX, Craddock leads a global team focused on venture investments and partnerships to enhance the adoption of the XRP-Ledger. Prior roles include Director of Sales for Ripple's EMEA region, where performance exceeded quotas consistently, and Head of Business Development at Veridu, a startup specializing in KYC and AI. Craddock also has experience in football as a player in the Women’s Premier League for Ipswich Town Women and has participated in the launch of various fintech ventures in the UK. An alumnus of The University of Sheffield, Craddock holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
