Crystal J Zhang

Crystal J Zhang currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development and Venture Investment at Ripple since May 2022. Additionally, Crystal is involved in venture investing with The Hive, LLC, focusing on pre-seed and seed investments in various sectors including fintech, edtech, and healthcare. As a Venture Incubator Mentor at XRC Ventures, Crystal guides initiatives within the fintech space. Crystal has held leadership roles such as VP of Entrepreneurship and Board Member at the Kellogg Alumni Club of San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Prior experience includes senior positions at Autodesk, and business analytics at Particle, with internships at Amazon, Accenture, OCA Ventures, and Benhamou Global Ventures, where Crystal developed expertise in corporate strategy, SaaS models, and venture capital across multiple technology sectors. Educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
