Kleber Niza

Kleber Niza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and partnerships within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Ripple since January 2024, Kleber has a notable background as Director of Banking Transformation at PwC from July 2014 to January 2024, where key achievements include launching PwC’s Core Banking practice and establishing strategic alliances with prominent fintech companies. Kleber has also led multiple transformation projects, managed significant consulting teams, and contributed to the PwC-Google Alliance by developing cloud solutions for various industries. Prior to this, Kleber held positions at Booz & Company, MSCI, and Interactive Data, demonstrating a strong track record in strategy, operations, and client management.
