Lisa Nicholson

Lisa Nicholson is an experienced construction and project manager currently serving as the Senior Manager of Construction Projects and Global Construction Lead at Ripple, overseeing construction activities across ten countries. Previously, Lisa held the position of Senior Project Manager at Rivian, where responsibilities included managing the construction of workplace and R&D spaces and negotiating with real estate partners. Prior experience at CBRE involved project management roles for Google, directing office tenant improvements and large construction teams, as well as collaborating with architects and contractors. Lisa began her career at DES Architects + Engineers, where significant contributions were made to a large tech campus project. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
