Jason Jones

Jason Jones is currently the Co Executive Director at RipplePHX, where they oversee strategies related to payroll, tax, time and attendance, and leadership initiatives. They previously served as Payroll Manager at DriveTime and later at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, managing payroll for thousands of employees across multiple states and leading numerous payroll-related projects. Jones held the position of Director of Payroll at Red Door Spa, Elizabeth Arden from 2007 to 2020, where they partnered with various departments to enhance payroll processes and compliance. Their educational background includes studying Computer Programming at Rio Salado College from 2016 to 2017.
