Alexandra Micci-Smith

Alexandra Micci-Smith currently serves as Manager, CX Enablement at Rippling since September 2023, previously holding the role of Program Manager in the same department. Prior to that, Alexandra worked at Indeed.com from April 2017 to April 2023 in various program management positions within Learning & Development, where significant achievements included onboarding over 4,000 new employees in 2022 and developing a global onboarding program with high Net Promoter Scores.
