Alicia Warren Hossein

Alicia Warren Hossein is an accomplished product design leader with extensive experience in user experience and design education. Currently serving as a Product Design Leader at Rippling since June 2022, Alicia also teaches an MS course in Design Systems and Operations at Northwestern University. Significant past roles include User Experience Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Alicia expanded the design team, and adjunct teaching positions at Columbia College Chicago. Additional experience spans leadership in user experience initiatives at companies like CVS Health, Quantium, and Allstate, as well as active involvement in community organizations such as Ladies that UX. Alicia holds an MA in Publishing from City St George’s, University of London, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
