Carina Latino

Carina Latino is currently serving as a Global Payroll Operations Specialist at Rippling since July 2025. Previously, Carina held the position of Senior International Payroll Specialist at PwC from May 2024 to June 2025, where responsibilities included managing payroll services for EMEA countries. Carina also worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk from December 2021 to May 2024, serving as a Payroll Specialist, People Process Specialist, and People Advisor Nordics, focusing on payroll management and HR framework integration across various European markets. Additionally, Carina was an Associate HR Adviser at Fujitsu from November 2020 to November 2021 and a Human Resources Manager at OK Estudante from September 2019 to October 2020, further strengthening HR operations and compliance. Carina holds a Master’s degree in Labour Sciences and Industrial Relations from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Master of Science in Business and Organisational Psychology from Coventry University.
