Dean Onishi

Dean Onishi is an experienced professional in customer education and technical documentation, currently serving as the Director of Customer Education at Rippling since May 2022. In this role, Dean is responsible for developing and delivering educational materials that enhance user engagement with the Rippling platform. Prior to Rippling, Dean held various leadership positions at Procore Technologies, including Senior Director of Documentation and Certification, where oversight of customer training initiatives occurred. Dean also managed the Technical Publications department at RightScale and has experience as the Owner of Kahuna Design, and as a Communications Manager at both Danaher Motion and Motion Engineering Inc. Dean Onishi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
