Filip Juristovski

Filip Juristovski is an experienced product manager and software engineer currently serving as a Product Manager at Rippling since October 2024. Prior to this role, Filip co-founded and led Tantl as CEO and Product Manager, where a generative AI data assistant was developed, streamlining complex data requests. In earlier positions, Filip worked at Google as a Software Engineer on machine learning pipelines for Google Maps, and at AppBridge, where enterprise data migration solutions were built. Filip began their career as a Water Polo Coach for the Burnaby Water Polo Club, focusing on skill development for players. Filip holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Distinction in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of British Columbia, has pursued further education in Artificial Intelligence at Stanford University, and has participated in the Y Combinator S21 program.
