Jill Moenius

Jill Moenius serves as Lead Counsel for HR Products at Rippling since October 2025, bringing extensive experience in employment law. Prior to this role, Jill held several positions at Oyster® from June 2022 to October 2025, including Director and Senior Managing Counsel, Managing Employment Counsel, and Employment Counsel. Jill was Corporate Counsel for Employment Law at Chewy from March 2021 to June 2022 and practiced as an Attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP from August 2020 to March 2021. Earlier in the career, Jill worked as an Associate at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, and Littler Mendelson, following a role as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Lisa W. Hardwick at the Missouri Court of Appeals from August 2012 to August 2014. Jill holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Arkansas.
