Jin Baik

Jin Baik currently serves as the Director of GTM - Competitive Intelligence at Rippling since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Customer Insights & Interim Head of Strategy and Sr. Manager of Customer Insights at Productiv from April 2021 to July 2023, and Consultant at Bain & Company from 2019 to 2021, following a Summer Associate position there in 2018. Previous to that, Jin Baik worked at Mayfield Fund as Sr. Manager, Investor Relations & Strategy and Manager, Investor Relations & Strategy from 2014 to 2017, and served as a Board Member at DAASV during the same time. Early career experience includes roles as Corporate & Securities Paralegal at Gunderson Dettmer from 2011 to 2014 and Summer Investment Analyst at Cube Incubation, Inc. in 2010. Jin Baik holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
