Joe Forgy

Joseph Forgy has extensive experience in business development and account management across various regions and sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Global Outbound Business Development for EMEA at Rippling since June 2024, Joseph leads a team responsible for expanding market presence in the UKI and EMEA. Previously at Salesforce from February 2018 to June 2024, Joseph held the roles of Manager for Business Development in the Nordics and Territory Manager for Commercial Accounts in the MENA region. Joseph's career also includes positions such as Senior Account Executive at CareerBuilder for the Health and Life Sciences sector and roles at Addison Group as a Direct Hire Consultant and Financial Architects as an Associate Financial Advisor, where Joseph developed expertise in executive search and client acquisition. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Iowa and has pursued multiple executive education courses, including those at Harvard Medical School and MIT Sloan.
