Justin Hays

Justin Hays is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Solutions Consultant at Rippling since January 2024. Previously, Justin worked at BetterCloud as a Solutions Engineer for Large Accounts, where responsibilities included leading discovery sessions with IT and security teams of mid-market to enterprise companies, running tailored demos, and conducting technical validations for SaaS management solutions. Justin's career also includes a role as a Cloud Solutions Consultant at IP Symphony, where skills in understanding cloud-based technical needs and demoing SaaS and IaaS solutions were developed, as well as a position as Systems Administrator managing Windows servers and desktops for numerous clients. Earlier experience includes working as a Network Security Specialist at DISA and a Desktop Administrator at Cyberstorm LAN Center. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and completed training at Cisco Networking Academy.
