Kathy Chang Sercu

Kathy Chang Sercu currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Implementation at Rippling since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kathy was the SVP of Customer Success at Ownership from March 2022 to August 2023. Kathy's extensive experience at ServiceTitan from February 2015 to March 2022 included various leadership positions such as Head of Onboarding & Professional Services, Sr. Director of Onboarding, and Director of Revenue Operations. Kathy's career began at McGraw-Hill Education, working as an Implementation Specialist, Executive Assistant, and Customer Support Representative from July 2011 to February 2015. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature, English, and Spanish from UC Irvine, earned between 2006 and 2010.
