Leo Gong

Leo Gong is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in product management across various industries. Currently serving as Product Lead at Rippling, Leo is focused on building products for the Unity platform. Previously, Leo held significant roles at Apartment List, including Vice President of Product, where leadership was provided in launching the successful LIFT product and advancing the company's rental concierge vision. Earlier experience includes Senior Product Manager positions at Evernote and EverString, where Leo drove key product relaunches and developed machine learning tools for sales engagement. Leo's career began with roles at Dropbox and Bain & Company, gaining valuable insights into sales productivity and consulting across multiple geographies. Leo holds a B.A. in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.
