Lia Duarte

Lia Duarte is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to CEO Parker Conrad at Rippling since October 2022. With a diverse background, Lia has worked as an Estate Manager for a professional athlete since September 2018 and held the position of Office and Athlete Manager at MVP Sports Group from November 2017 to December 2021, focusing on enhancing the lives of MLB clients. Additionally, Lia was the Director of Special Events for the National Hispanic Media Coalition from March 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing high-profile events and serving as a liaison with entertainment executives and talent. Earlier roles include Reservations/VIP Coordinator at Andaz San Diego and various positions at MTV Tr3s, highlighting skills in client relations, event management, and marketing.
