Lizzie Rouleau

Lizzie Rouleau currently serves as the VP of Sales, Implementation and Account Management at Rippling, overseeing revenue functions for one of the company's Business Suites since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lizzie held multiple positions at TripActions, culminating in the position of Vice President of Sales, where notable achievements included leading the Enterprise Sales Team and attaining a 380% quota in the first half of 2022. Lizzie's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Zenefits and Zillow, with significant accomplishments in sales performance and team building. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Sociology and dual minors in Sports Management and Exercise & Health Sciences, Lizzie began a career in professional water polo before transitioning to sales.
