Megan Pierce

Megan Pierce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions consulting and partner success, currently serving as Lead Solutions Consultant at Rippling since December 2019, where previous roles included Manager of Partner Success and Partner Success Manager. Prior to Rippling, Megan held positions at Namely as Benefits Consultant and Senior Benefits Analyst, and worked at The Standard as Account Specialist and Employee Benefits Sales Coordinator. Earlier career steps included an Assistant Community Director role at FPI Management, Inc., and work as an International Student Mentor and Volunteer. Megan studied Business and Spanish at the University of San Diego, earning a BBA with a minor in Spanish, and also completed a study abroad program at Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona.
