Rakesh Rajan

Rakesh Rajan is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as VP of Engineering at Rippling since January 2023. Previously, Rakesh held significant roles at Uber from 2016 to 2023, including Head of Engineering for the Uber App, where leadership was provided over core Rider engineering, transforming the app into a daily-use product. At InMobi from 2011 to 2016, Rakesh served as Director of Product Management, overseeing a global team and driving the product vision for mobile advertising solutions. Rakesh co-founded Lifeblob, a photo-sharing service acquired by Printo, and has held various engineering leadership positions in startups and established companies. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from PES University, earned in 2005.
