Regina Baumgartner

Regina (Magaril) Baumgartner is an accomplished marketing and professional services leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Head of Content at Rippling since July 2025, Regina previously held pivotal positions at Mutiny, including Head of Revenue Marketing, Head of Demand Generation, and Head of Community Marketing from May 2023 to July 2025. At WorkBoard Inc., Regina contributed significantly from October 2018 to May 2023 as Regional Lead & Director of Professional Services, joining the company at Series A and playing a key role in its growth to Series D while establishing the OKR category. Regina's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from July 2016 to October 2018 and as an Accountant at NetApp SolidFire from January 2015 to January 2016. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
