Saha Hammari

Saha Hammari is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Design Director of Design Systems at Rippling since January 2023, Saha previously held the role of Design Leader at Gusto, where leadership in design significantly enhanced core payroll products for over 300,000 customers. At Casetext, Saha directed design for an AI legal tech company that achieved a valuation of $650 million, establishing a high-performing design team and an office in New York. Notable entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding CollabFinder, a community-as-a-service platform, and co-founding Rumplo, which became the largest T-shirt marketplace globally at its peak. Saha’s earlier roles include product design positions at betaworks, Etsy, and a brief contract at Myspace. Saha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from UCLA.
