Sarah Bloom

Sarah Bloom is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as Lead Counsel - Employment at Rippling since May 2021, Sarah has also held the position of Employment Counsel within the same organization. Previously, Sarah practiced as an Associate Attorney at The Bloom Firm from February 2018 to May 2021 and was a Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Associate at Bryan Cave from October 2015 to February 2018, where Sarah began as a Summer Associate in June 2014. Earlier legal experience includes a role as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorney's Office in 2013 and a position as a Product Assistant at Macy's from 2011 to 2012. Sarah Bloom holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
