Sonia Iyer

Sonia Iyer is a Solutions Consultant at Rippling, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, Sonia served in various roles at Urgently from June 2021 to November 2025, including Senior Manager, People Experience, Manager, People Experience, and People Experience Generalist. Sonia also worked as a Demo, Sales, and Merchandising Specialist while self-employed from July 2016 to March 2019, collaborating with multiple natural foods startups to enhance sales and brand awareness.
