Ting Z.

Ting Z. is currently serving as the Director of Globalization at Rippling, a company focused on managing HR, IT, and Finance in a unified platform. With extensive experience in globalization, Ting Z. has been an Advisory Board member for the Association of Asian Companies Going Global/Public since 2012 and founded Globalization X-Change Bay Area, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the localization and globalization industry. Previous roles include Senior Regional Manager for APAC at Workday, Head of Localization at Rockwell Automation, and Director of Globalization at Transology International, among others. Ting Z. also has academic experience as an adjunct professor in globalization and localization at multiple institutions. Ting Z. holds an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of California, Davis, and a BA in English Language and Literature from Beijing Normal University, with additional education from Harvard Business School.
