Tyson Mote is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in system architecture and team leadership. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Rippling since May 2023, Tyson previously worked at Twilio Segment from January 2017 to May 2023, where key contributions included leading the design and architecture of Reverse ETL and prototyping Actions, as well as managing a team that maintained a robust library of over 300 destinations. Tyson co-founded RedisGreen, a successful bootstrapped database as a service startup, and has held various engineering roles at CrowdFlower Inc., Robert E. Kennedy Library, and the Collaborative Agent Design Research Center. Tyson holds a BFA in Art and Design from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
