Varsha Dudani

Varsha Dudani currently serves as the Director of Engineering for IT Products at Rippling, focusing on Device Management and Inventory Management since July 2024. Prior to this, Varsha took a career break from February 2023 to July 2024 and served as the Director of Engineering for Dasher at DoorDash from September 2017 to January 2023, overseeing engineering operations related to Dasher Apps and the Dasher Platform. Varsha also held the position of Engineering Leader for the Core Merchant organization at DoorDash, managing products relevant to B2B interactions with merchants. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manager of Engineering at Esurance, where Varsha was instrumental in delivering a digital architecture solution and managing finance and payments teams. Varsha holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Accounting and Management, as well as a Master's degree in Management from the University of Mumbai.
