Previously, Shashank served as the Head of Service Commerce at Ziki, focusing on monetization strategies and customer satisfaction. With over 6 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, past roles include Co-Founder at Fit.One and various managerial positions at companies such as Flipkart and Croma. Shashank holds a B.Tech in Textile Chemistry from the Birla Institute and has completed a leadership certification at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
