Ryan Flynn

​Growing up surrounded by the art & culture of Oakland, Ryan was inspired by music after witnessing the hyphy movement. Before venturing into the music industry, he was a collegiate rugby player and first navigated client relationships working at Blue Beyond Consulting. A graduate of San José State University, he began his career at Riptide as an intern which solidified his love of sync and desire to help artists visions come to life in media. Besides listening to new music, he also finds inspiration when he’s on the trail backpacking, baking pies, or building a new set of golf clubs.
